We design, manufacture, install and service industrial dust collectors and extraction systems from our workshop in Dunswart, Benoni.
Dust collection is all we do here
Tilghman Environment is the dust collection business of the Tilghman Group. Our engineers design each system around the customer's process, and our own workshop builds the collectors, so we control quality and lead times.
We work across South Africa and neighbouring countries, in foundries, mines, power stations, food plants, fabrication shops and recycling plants. Many of our customers first met us through a shot blasting machine, because every blast machine needs a dust collector.
What we believe
- Capture at the source matters more than anything else.
- Collectors should be sized honestly, not undersized to win a quote.
- Maintenance teams should be able to see filter condition at a glance and change filters safely.
- We stay on after handover, with spares and service.
