Ordering replacement bags

To quote bags quickly, we need:

  • Bag diameter and length, or the old bag.
  • Top style: snap band, raw edge with clamp, or other.
  • Current media, if known, and the gas temperature.
  • Quantity, and the make of collector if you know it.

Not sure? Send a photo of the bag and the label on the collector. We can also visit and measure.

Bags failing early?

If you are replacing bags every few months, the bags are not the real problem. Common causes are the wrong media for the temperature, too much air for the filter area, abrasion at the inlet, or wet compressed air. We can inspect the collector and fix the cause.

Questions we get asked

FAQ

Do you supply bags for collectors you did not build?

Yes. We supply compatible bags, cages, cartridges and valves for most makes. Send us the dimensions or a sample.

Should I change all the bags at once?

Usually yes. New bags next to old, blinded ones take more of the airflow and wear faster. If only a few have failed early, we can help find out why.
