Service and maintenance

Inspections, bag change-outs, pulse system repairs and upgrades, for our collectors and for most other makes.

What we do

  • Inspections: filter condition, pulse system, hopper, discharge, fan and ducting, with a written report.
  • Bag and cartridge change-outs: planned around your shutdown, with old bags removed and disposed of.
  • Leak detection: finding torn bags and leaking seals before they show at the stack.
  • Pulse system repairs: diaphragm valves, solenoids, sequencers and compressed air quality.
  • Airflow testing: measuring each branch and hood, and rebalancing the system.
  • Upgrades: on-demand cleaning, new inlets, more filter area or a pre-separator.
  • Maintenance contracts: scheduled visits so problems are caught early.

Signs your collector needs attention

  • Visible dust at the stack or clean-air outlet.
  • Differential pressure that keeps climbing.
  • Hoods that no longer pull dust away.
  • Dust building up in the ducting.
  • Pulse valves that do not fire, or fire constantly.
  • Bags failing within months.

Questions we get asked

FAQ

Do you service collectors made by other companies?

Yes. Most pulse-jet baghouses and cartridge collectors work the same way, and we service most makes.

How often should a baghouse be serviced?

We recommend a full inspection at least once a year, with weekly checks by your own team of differential pressure, pulse operation and dust discharge.
